I am soooo Happy today!I finally did some 'form' of exercise!
Boy...i dreaded the restless days where i hav the usual routines of skool, homework and revision...o-o
Anyways, i went to check out the training for NYP Sprint Kayaking team!
I being naive actually thought the sport would be like, not many people would join, those kind.
How wrong was i....>_>
Like over 100 people turned up for it larh....
Hai i was kinda worried at the beginning that they wouldn't pick me while they filter out people.
But im really glad now.
Cuz one of the seniors told me that they won't be filtering out people.
Becuz the training for Kayaking is tough,
people automatically filter out themselves.
Hehe...less competition for me..xDD
I'm determined so i wont be 'dropping' out or so anytime soon.
Watch out you 'Cannot tahan pain' people!
However, i still kinda think the training today was a lil...relaxed...
1.6km run, 50 push-ups, 3 sets of 6 pull ups, 60 crunches *Is that how u spell it? o-o*
Hai...piece of cake...xD *After all that i think i still had the drive and energy to run another 1.6 km*
But i'm kinda shocked that some people actually almost died after just running for 400m on the track. *Btw 400m is just one round around the track...*

Considering the fact that they will be doing NS in 3 years...
