Another gray morning, another sendoff. Never felt that gloomy in a long while. Met Ernest on the bus to Tampines before travelling down to the Terminal, greeted by Sus with Luke and Liwei with his new iphone. I guess life does go on..

Pan seemed alright for a while. Just had to go in with him before he said goodbye. I guess NS hit him hard in Tekong. Pretty much felt so myself, the moment i entered. The place just has that sense of confinement around it somehow.

Had a small tour around seeing all likes of life there. But it seemed too much of a facade to appreciate in anyway. After that had a nice meal with everyone, it almost seemed like the last supper except it was lunch. Rained though, as if the skies were crying out for all the boys there. Glancing around i could feel the intense sadness from every new enlistee today. I guess it's a phase we must go through don't we guys?
